From our many years experience within the recruitment industry we have found that the best people come from referrals from contacts within the industry, and we want to make sure that we reward people for any referrals that they can give us as a token of our appreciation for your efforts. Therefore this months promotion we are offering the new Ipad 2 with Wi-Fi (or a reward of a similar value) for any referrals of people that we do not already know, who we manage to place into a new position within a 6 month period. If you like we could keep the information confidential, the person you refer will not know where the referral has come from and you will still receive your reward as soon as the person joins their new company.
